Q: how do you guarantee the quality of products, how much is defective rate of your remote control?

A: each procedure has strict quality testing in our factory ,we take the machine automatically complete inspection and AQL random inspection to ensure the quality of each key. The product defective rate is less than or equal to 3 in 10000

Q:sometime ,the remote control can not operate ,What we should do ?

A:first please check the TV , DVD ,DVB ect home application to ensure the device can work,

second, please check the battery is properly installed in the remote control ,Third, please check the battery power is sufficient,if the power is run out , please replace the battery fourth, please ensure no obstacles between home application and remote control .if you do as above steps , the remote control still cant work , please replace new remote control .

A:Yes,sample offered for free(except air mouse and 2.4g wireless remote control),but freight collect.
