1) Variety: normal white garlic, pure white garlic
2) Supply period: all the year round
3) Cold storage season: Sep to June

There are 2 kinds of peeled garlic cloves, one is called frozen peeled garlic, another is called fresh peeled garlic. For frozen ones, temperature is to be kept at -18 c. Frozen one is cheaper than fresh one. Fresh one is to be kept at -2 c. All mixed grade including L, M, and S sizes. Frozen garlic paste is to be kept at -18 c. The peeled garlic specifications are:

L: 240 cloves/kg
M: 360 cloves/kg
