Quality Control System :

Before mass production: All raw materials , includes PVC materials, packing materials , will be inspected by QC .
Printing quality control: Professional QC will follow the printing line to check and control the printing quality.
High frequency quality control: :Professional QC will do sample testing every half one hour on prodution line.
Inflating testing: All products will be inflated at least 12 hours before packing.
QC will examine the goods and open" pass report" , then the goods can be shipped.

Middle production-----Send photos to show the production line which you can see your products in.Confirm the estimated delivery time again.
End Production------Mass production products photos and samples will send to you for approval.You can also arrange the third party inspection.
Clients make payment of balance and We ship the goods. Also can accept payment term: Balance against B/L copy Or L/C payment term. Inform the docs tracking number and check the status for clients.
