Q: Are you manufacturer?

 A: Yes, if the order quantity reaches 500-1000pcs, we can make your customized color box free of charge.

 A: Normally for two years warranty. If it is our quality problem, we will replace the new one or provide revelant spares and parts.

 A: For our first cooperation, your small order is acceptable.

 Q: How long is the production time?

 A: For samples, the lead time is about 2-7days. For mass production, the lead time is 2 weeks after receiving the deposit payment.

 Q: How about shipment?

 A: For small order, we can ship it by DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc. For big order, we can ship it by sea or by air.

 Q: What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

 A: You can make the payment to our bank account, Western Union or PayPal:

50% deposit in advance, 50% balance before shipment.

1. Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. Buyers are responsible for these charges.

2. Due to the buyer reason including "refuse to sign for the package" or "refuse to pay the tax" or "buyer country post reason" and so on, the buyer have to understand all the lose.

3. We are responsible for keeping the goods leave China smoothly. Once the goods leave China the buyer will be in charge of the responsibility.
