The working principle of external concrete vibrator as following:

Install one or two eccentric block(s) at each end of vibration motor shafts, when electric motor rotates, the eccentric block will rotates around central shaft, then generating centrifugal force, thus forming a vibration.

1. When moving and operating concrete vibrator, handle gently, avoid damage.

2. Keep external machine clean in order to avoid preventing electric motor radiating.

3. Cut off power immediately, check machine, when find abnormal sound or abnormal vibration and burnt smell during concrete vibrator rotates.

4.  Rolling bearing lubricating grease adopt 3# complex grease, regular cleaning, replace rolling bearing lubricating grease, when concrete vibrator work 150-200 hours , don’t paint too much, it is advisable to fill one third of bearing cavity in order to avoid bearing fever.

5. Check bearings, seals, quick-wear parts’ wear condition regularly. Find problem, replace it.
