Brief Introduction

The concrete mixing trailer pump is a new type of equipment that combines functions of concrete mxier and concrete delivery pump.It uses fully hydraulic pumping system and is characterized by large concrete filing quantity and stable performance as well as smaller volume and smaller operating space. This equipment is applicable to medium and small size house constructions ranging from 2 floors to 12 floors as well as other various projects such as mine caves,road and railway tunnels,water conservation and hydropower engineering,and slope protection for geological disasters. 

Technique Parameter

1. We adopt the PPG car painting for our concrete mixer with pump, from the picture, you can see that our machine looks very good, the surface is bright and smooth. 

2. The outlet hole is specially designed as the coarse type, which is wear resisting and can prolong its service life.There is a tripod at the rear of this machine, it is very convenient to move from place to place.

3. The arch broken structure is equipped on the machine which can avoid the concrete plug, insuring the smooth working of the concrete mixer. 

The S valve of the concrete mixer with pump is cast into shape with austenitic manganese steel which has long service life.

4. It is equipped with the hydraulic oil scale for check the volume and temperature of hydraulic oil.
