To avoid hose pipe Leaking problem:

We are one of the first manufacturer producing this product, and now we have done a lot to solve the problems.  For leaking, we now put thicker o-ring in it and we have more skilled assembling workers now.And some cheap connector will crack, it will also result in the leaking. As you know there is fabric outside the inner hose, one of the function is to protect the inner hose. Here below is the comparision of the material we use now and the material other suppliers may use.

How to use the Garden hose?

1. Before you using the new garden hose. Please place one or two rubber washer. This will prevent leaking.

2. Turn the water off the garden hose will automatically contract back to its original length.

3. When you first use the garden hose, you should fill the hose and stretch the hose.

4. When you don’t use the garden hose, please drain the water from the hose.
