  FQAs  

1.Our region is very cold in Winter,will the water turn into ice inside the tub and water pipes ,then break the SPA?

Our Spa has frozen protection function. When the water temperature is lower than 5 degree,the heater and filtration pump will work automatically to heat the water to protect the tub and water pipes from been frozened.

 

2.Once the spare parts break,how can I get them?

We provide strong spare parts support,all the parts are available in our warehouse,which can be shippped with container or expressed as costomer's will.

 

3.Can I go to visit your factory?

Of course,you are welcome to our factory,come to visit 50,000 square meters production area,1,000 square meters showroom area,we could talking about details here face to face.
