Safety Recommendation

1.Keep the USB fan out of reach of children

2.Switch off and disconnect the power cord when there`s  sparking,smoking,stinking while in use.

3.Never touch the blade of the fan when in use

4.Never dismantle the fan by yourselves

5.Do not touch the fan when your hands are wet

6.Do not immerse the fan in the water or any other liquid

7.Do not insert the metal or any other things into the fan

8.Avoid strong vibration and shock

9.The fan should be set up on a stable and level surface

10.This fan must use in the dry place,avoiding the wet and high temperature place

11.Never carry the fan by the cord or yank the cord from the USB outlet directly.

12.If the cord is damaged,or the fan doen`t work,it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a qualified person,in order to avoid a hazard

Quality Control                                                             

QA will check heater panel ,fan grills ,before silkscreen ,if the panle or fan grills have a serious scratches ,QA will select it and put it on the defective area,then return back to the supplier.

Silkscreen :

Silk print one by one and check it is ok ,then put them on the high temperature to make sure the logo is well fixed.

Online Inspection :

QA will test 100% of product for all the function on the online test house ,test the power ,Hi-pot and ground test .

QC Room test 

 QA will check at least 5 pcs the goods by  stochastically each hour .

 Outlook checking 

 QA will check the outlooking of the product after finish the test .

 Clean :

If the Product can pass the above testing ,then the worker will clean the heater or fan before packing .
