Two-Roller Calender Machine

Specifications

I type and II type production lines use the same kind of calendar. The roller
has central hole heating style and surround hole heating style. It is driven
by transmission box and universal joint structure. It is also equipped with
hydraulic station, lubricating station and cooling roller.

Roller of 1.6 meter production line:
1) Length: 2,000mm
2) Diameter: Φ420mm
3) Material: 42 CrMo

Roller of 2.4 meter production line:
1) Length: 2,700mm
2) Diameter: Φ450mm
3) Material: 42 CrMo

Roller of 1.6 meter size production line:
1) Length: 3,600mm
2) Diameter: Φ480mm
3) Material: 42 CrMo
