All contact parts are made of 304 or 316 Stainless. No dead conner, Easy cleaning. Inner surface finish adopt Mirror polish Ra<0.5um. electric jacket kettle is a more convenience and cheaper solution than jacketed tanks, Volume for jacket kettle from 100L to 1000L. For high viscosity processing material, the agitator could be customized with PTFE scraper.

 

  The electric jacket kettle could also be equipped with titling device, and automatic control box. Heating method have electric heating and steam heating.
