I. Overview

II. Installation and Debugging

  1.Installation : The machine must work on horizontal surface. It can not have serious tilt phenomenon, otherwise it will

     make adhesive solution to gather at one end and out of plastic boxes outside

  2.Commissioning: Before driving, you should turn the machine in manual way. Without any exception, you can plug

     (220 v, 50 hz) turn motor speed switch from slow to fast rotation.

  3. Debugging

  a. The adjustment of you to bring the thickness of the plastic roller rubber: Please turn the regulating handle rubber

      thickness (around this handle each one), make the belt, rubber roller moved back and forth between glue roller

      clearance changes, so as to bring up the full between the thickness of the rubber, rubber thickness adjusting range

      0.03 0.1 mm.

  b. Adjust your pressure paper roll: Please turn the pressure roller adjusting handle (a) around each move up and down the roll, so as to bring up the paper clearance.

Note: This gap should be greater than the rubber thickness adjustment above at least. Otherwise it will lead to pressure paper roller with adhesive.

III. Dismantling of glue box

IV. Matters needing attention and Maintenance

a. When you use the motor speed control switch, you should first will be zero speed control knob.Then slowly varied

        from low to high speed rotating, until you satisfied.

b. For each point of relative movement, you must often add lubricating oil.

C.In every time after work, you must clear residual adhesive solution, washing machine parts to prevent corrosion.

d. For you equipment use safety, please return this machine connected to the ground.

e.The appliances and motor parts of the machine fault, if any, must be maintenance by after-sales service

   personnel.Other personnel shall not remove, the manufacturer will not warranty.

Matters needing attention

1. Please must commissioning when buy.Such as after commissioning qualified, improper for you to use two coating roll bending and the bottom two roll (middle), for example: involved in foreign body (including towel machine will rag involved in), etc., result in uneven coating machine to use, our factory will not warranty.

  2. The electrical part of the equipment (including motor and governor) if there is any faults in the use, please immediately inform the factory, the factory will provide maintenance services.Such as to remove the factory will not guarantee.
