Product Feature

It is composed of special automobile chassis, bulk cement tank, gas pipeline system, 

automatic unloading device,etc.,it applies to powder drying material bulk transportation 

of fly ash, cement, lime powder, ore powder, granular base,and other particles, 

which the particle diameter is less than 0.1mm. Mainly for cement plant, cement warehouses and

large construction sites to use, this way,can save a lot of packaging materials and handling labor. 

1 .Bulk cement truck tank is mainly composed of a cylinder,upper feed inlet of tank, fluidized bed, 

discharge pipe assembly,intake pipe and other accessories. The top of the tank body is provided 

with two or three feed inlet. 

2 .Circular tank,tank material can choose carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy. 

3 .According to the demand, the tank can be independent of bin storage,shipping different 

powder materials,fast discharging speed, low residual rate, high safety performance,

 convenient operation. 

4 .Tank and metal accessories were shot peening, strong adhesion,

 good corrosion resistance,paint film uniformity, durable color bright,

 be able to bear moisture, dust, salt fog and other adverse environment.
