Sun-Moon Lake Black Tea, as implyed by its name, is mainly grown near Sun-Moon Lake in Yuchih Township. Not only does this area have a long history of growing black tea, the quality is also premium and is loved by many people.

Way of making tea

The degree of fermentation: 90% -100%
Fire roasted degree: fully dry
Tea color: scarlet
Water temperature: 90 ℃
The amount of tea: 3-4% full (15-20g)
Teapot capacity: 200 c.c.
Time:
First round should take 60 seconds, second round takes 40 seconds, third round take 60 seconds, then the fourth round and after that accumulation 5-10 seconds.
