1. Rotary Drum Dryer is mainly to dry some wood powder and biomass materials with high humidity, such as sawdust, straw, stalk, palm, grass, etc.  Its capacity and efficinecy is high than air flow dryer.

 

2. Rotary Dryer drum RPM can be controlled quickly or slowly to control drying time, then control the raw material's moisture better. 

 

3. Rotary Drum Dryer has one or three drying layers inside, according to the raw material's moisture. High, middle and low temperature drying process. After dryer, materials temperature will down to about 50 centigrade.   

 

4. There is wind blowing adjustor between biomass stove and dryer, which can adjust wind temperature when transport hot air to dryer drum.

 

5. The rotary drum dryer mainly applied to drying process of all kinds of biomass powder raw material. It can be widely used in the fuel factory, fertilizer factory, chemical factory, medicine factory and so on.

 

The rotary drum dryer machine reduce the water content through the hot air from the stove, make the big moisture decrease the low moisture, until the materials can be further used.
