Plastic Cup filling and sealing Machine

This machine is specially designed for liquid and cream products to be filled and sealed, such as yoghurt, ice cream, artificial milk, juice, drink, water etc. With successful experience for all kinds different sizes of cups.
The machine can automatically fill and seal from sending cups, filling, liquid level controlling, putting covers, twice sealing, to propping, pushing cups and transporting.

All parts which are directly contact with food are made of stainless steel. So it conforms to the requirements of Food Grade and looks bright and orderliness.

Procedure:

> Auto feed cups 

> Auto fill with the correct quantity (piston filling heads)

> Auto suck the film onto the cups(if sheet film lid)

> Auto twice heat seal the cups, cutting and collect waste film

> Auto push out finished cups

> UV sterilize light

> Photoelectric tracer
