1.poultry feed pellet machine makes 2-8 mm diameter feed pellets. such as 2-4mm diameter chick feed pellets , pig feed pellets and 1.5-3mm fish feed pellets, 2-5mm rabbit feed pellets and so on. Raw materials can be soybean, maize, cereal e.c.t , grass powder proportion can not larger than 50% , before pressing pellets, raw materials should crush into fine powder .

  

2.poultry Feed pellet machine has large diameter ring dies , which can make materials fully cured and pellets smoother. the friction can be fallen to the bottom.key parts are made by our CNC system ,which is high precision and quality, so we can ensure pressing efficiency.

  

3.poultry feed pellet machine has forced material-entrance equipment and overload protection device ,which makes machine more safe to work. Also has changeable speed feeder and conditioner , the feeder can adjust feeding materials speed .Conditioner will connect with steam to soften materials. 

 4. When poultry feed pellet machine works, rollers and ring die touch with each other in a vertical type--rollers rotary and ring die keep stable , in this way keep large capacity production.
