1.feed screw mixer has one twin- Screw shaft inside ,which can be used to mix various of fertilizer and animal feed solid powder  materials , such as soybean, maize, grain ,NPK, poultry manure ,organic or compost  fertilizer ect .also can add various of liquid. the screw shaft can be made into stainless steel or alloy steel according to different materials character.

 

 

  

2. feed screw mixer CV degree is smaller than 5%.  two feeding doors and discharging doors have both manual and pneumatic type ,mixing time is short ,which is just 3-6 minutes per batch, 

 

 

3. feed screw mixer has two feeding doors on top , one is used to add main materials, the other is used to add Additives. also it has liquid adding pump, various of liquid can be added to mixer, when liquid spray to solid materials, it will become steam  , which makes mixing efficiency high.

 

 

4.feed screw mixer has single twin-screw shaft , when mixing materials, they will go from one screw side to the other side ,then moving in opposite way along with the other screw side. in this way, making mixing process high working efficiency . after mixed, no dead corner left.
