Working Theory
The inner rotor of WLJseries organic fertilizer granulator rotate centrifugally with high speed,when it working.
At the same time the powder material is fed into the inner rotor by the frequency screw automatically.
Under the action of centrifugal force,the powder material rotate centrifugally with high speed in the cylinder
creating enormous friction and high temperature,in which condition
the organic powder material will have adhesiveness and be formed to ball shape.

1. WLJOrganic fertilizer granulator adopts special shaping and granulating theory, no need die pelletizing,
so the processing cost is low and efficiency is high.
2. The final granule produced by WLJOrganic fertilizer granulator have smooth surface,high uniform size,good fluidity,high density etc.
3. The temperature reach to 60-100 °C in the granulating cylinder when the WLJgranulator working,which will reducing the drying cost greatly.
