1. This  is a cmplete pellet line from crush to lask packing equipmetns.The complete wood pellet line combine advantages of both flat die pellet machine and traditional ring die pellet machine, unique design, vertical double layer die, high capacity, enlarge spare part lifetime.

 

2. This XGJ wood pellet machine widely applied to many different pressure ratio materials by adjusting the pressure between roller and die. the material can be wood sawdust, rice husk, bagasse, cottonseed hull mixed with some fiber, palm fiber, waste paper, agriculture stalk, straw, etc.

 

A. Five characteristics for pellet machine -XGJ850 model

1. Vertical feeding, directly in place.

2. Die is static, rollers rotary; materials are evenly distributed around, because of centrifugal force.

3. Double-layer die. Two layers both can be used independently so the machine reduces the cost; What’s more, two layers of the die also can be used at the same time, in this way, the efficiency has been improved greatly, high capacity and save energy.

4. Ring die and vertical structure are good for cooling the pelletizing room.

5. Independent and frequency conversion discharge device can ensure the rate of pellet formation.
