Back : High density shaped PU sponge  after cold molding. Multilayer hard wood pressed by cold molding in thickness of 7mm inside the sponge . The back  made of 50mm oak wood.

Seat : High density sponge shaped PU sponge after cold molding. Multilayer hard wood pressed by cold molding in thickness 15mm. Seat shelf was made of high end steel board  after cold rolling and welding with anti electrostatic spray and mat black treatment.

Arm surface and shelf:  made of oak solid wood  .The width of arm is 60mm and shelf 80mm.

Leg shelf: High quality Steel tube and board after welding with surface in mat black painting after anti-rust electrostatic treatment.

Fabric: Fair proof and dirt resistant available . The fabric is fade resistant.

Side board : made of  MDF with fabric.

Seat return function : spring damper make the seat back slowly without noise. Crash roll make the conflict between seat and back less hurt .
