About T/T, we prefer 30% deposit, 70% balance payment before delivery.

By sea is for order has big volume and weight, the delivery time not urgent.

By air or express is for order in a urgent delivery.

1. Where is your factory?

- We are located in Dongyang city, welcome to visit us to talk business, choose items, make designs and place order.

2. What about your samples policy?

- If that's our first cooperation, we will collect samples fee, if has order, will refund the fee to you.

- Samples' arranging time is usually 7-10 days for normal items.

3. Can you make customized products?

- Of course, tell us your design, size, color, material...
