1). Inspection Materials, Aluminum alloy, Driver with strict & long time test before application, LED chips inspection for making sure even color CRI and Lumen efficiency test etc.

2). Assembling: processing is following detailed prodution instruction. The order's progress have monitored and showing in ERP system.

3). Ageing test: 24hrs ageing test before shiped out.

4). Warehouse and delivery: Docs for part No., quantity, color temperature, voltage, label etc.
