1.This kind of steel structure hex bolt can be applied to all kinds of long-spanbridge, large steel house, utility boiler steel structure, high-risebuildings, industrialfactorybuilding, machinery, and other steel structure for their connection in slip-critical type.

2. Steel structure bolt is a kind of high-strengthbolt with good fastening performance. It can be divided into two kinds: tor-shear type steel structure bolt and steel structure hex bolt. The bolts needed by normal steel structure such as 8.8 level or higher level and 10.9 level are all high-strength steel structure bolts.

3.The general surface treatment of steel structure are boiled black flange and phosphorization. Steel structure hex bolt is commonly used by light steel structure. It consists of one screw, one nut and two gaskets. While the tor-shear type steel structure bolt is composed of one screw, one nut and one gasket.

4.Torque coefficient test: in order to ensure the torque coefficient of high strength hex bolt connect sets, the average torque coefficient of the same batch of connect sets is 0.110~0.150 with a deviationvalue less than 0.010. Each connect sets include one bolt, one nut, and two gaskets and they were made at the same batch. The guaranteeperiod of the torque coefficient is 6 months from the moment it leaves the factory.

5.The construction specification of this product should conform to GB 50205-2001 check & accept specification for steel structure work.
