Characteristics of expand screw:

1.Expansion bolt is a special thread adapting piece that can fix the stand, hangingbracket, and bracketto the wall, floor slab, and pillars. It consists flush bolt, expand tube, flat washer, spring cushion and hex nut five parts.

2.Drill some holes with matched dimension on the connected elements with electric impact drill and put the bolt and expand tube into the holes. Screw the nuts tightly and then the whole installation process can be finished.

3.There is a gig head at then end of the bolt. The bolt is covered with a round tube that has a larger diameter than the bolt and the tube has several openings at the end. While tightening the bolt, the end of the big head will be taken into the tube with openings and this head will stretch the tube and achieve the purpose of inflation. Then fix the bolt to the ground or the wall and it can play its roles.

4.The fixing of expansion bolt is using the wedge shape inclination to promote and produce friction grip force to achieve a fixed effect. One end of the bolt is thread and the other end has taper. It is covered with steel plate and there are several incisions at half of the round steel tube.

5.Put the covered bolt into the holes on the wall and screw the nuts tightly. The nut will pull the bolt and the taperwill be pulled into the round steel tube, in which case the round steel tube will be expanded and stick to the wall tightly.

6. Expansion bolt is usually used by fence, canopy, and air conditioning for their fixing on the cement, bricks, and other materials. It will not be suitable for the installation of ceiling fan.

7.Put the expansion bolt into the holes on the ground or in the wall and screw the nut with a wrench tightly. The bolt will be pulled while the metal cover outside will not move. Thus the big head at the end of the bolt will expand the metal cover and this cover will overflow the hole and the expansion bolt play a fixing effect here.
