How is the tiffany shade's material ?
all the tiffany shades' material is stained glass, which inclued : pure colour glass , bubble glass , ice jade glass , wave glass , fluorescece glass , shivering glass , shadow glass and so on . usually , the thickness of the glass is about 3-5 MM.the biggest characteristic of stained glass lamp shade is: lampshade 's color under different background light will present a different color! . and its colour will never fade !
How is tiffany lamps making ?
and in the making process of the tiffany shade, after hand cutting, edge grinding, copper foil rolling, type setting , tin welding, cleaning and dyeblack, more than ten working procedure later . it present beautiful art pattern finally .
How to judge the shade quality ?
1, the real tiffany shade must be made of stained glass, the simplest judgment method is in the position of the glass with fire, glass cannot be burning-out, will only leave a little trace, then you just need to wipe clean with dry cloth, and the plastic products will be melt . moreover, the colour of stained glass is never faded.
2, because the tiffany shade is made by thousands of small glass pieces , when we knock the surface of the shade with our fingers , it may lose the original sound like common glass, however , it doesn't mean that the tiffany lamp shade is not made of glass. and more glass pieces the shade has , more obvious this feature is.
3, stained glass's hardness is better than plastic, therefore, ordinary knife cannot cut it off, only leave a few scratches at most. usually , we use the special diamond glass cutter to cut the glass when production

however ,we are not like this . the usig of tin welding is unrestricted for HAUTY's workers , it's very important for us to make sure the stability of the shade , The cause of this reason is that , most of HAUTY's old customers is century-old shop, they don't do the business of wholesale , they have their own brand , and they are very very strict about the product quality . so our workers have already become accustomed to such a production mode in this past 15 years .so now , If you give us an order with large quantity and low price . we have to say sorry to you , we can't accept it .

1, HAUTY's shade height is about 21-23cm , however , other factory's shade height is about 18-19CM .
2, HAUTY's shade weight is about 2.8kg - 3kg , however , other factory's shade weight is about 2kg-2.3kg
3, lift the shade with one hand , other factory's shade becomes oval, but HAUTY's shade is impossible to deformation ,eventhough you lift the shade with two fingers .

Which light source should match with ?
All the tiffany lamps are not with bulbs except small night light . incandescent bulb , energy-saving bulb , LED bulb , both is available . Tiffany belongs to the decorative lamps ,and incandescent bulb is the best friend of its , incandescent bulb 's color temperature is low, soft light, warmth, but incandescent lamp glows, large power, and life is short. LED bulb has the advantage that energy saving , electricity saving , and is durable. but light effect is inferior to incandescent bulbs.So if mainly used for the decoration, we suggest using incandescent bulbs, if it is a mainly lighting, we suggest that LED bulbs.

A:Sample needs 7-15 days, mass production needs 40-50 wordking days .

A: usually ,the MOQ is 30 piecces per item , however , 1 piece for sample is acceptable for the items which is in stock .
Q4. How do you ship the goods ?
A: We usually ship samples by DHL, UPS, FedEx , TNT. or Airline , and also sea shipping for big orders.

Thirdly customer confirms the order , and places deposit 30% (TT) for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production. and customer paid 70% against B/L . or before delivery .

A:NO, but we can print your log on the holder label and packaging cartons ..

Q8: How to deal with the faulty ?
A: Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%. once damage or other questions , we will send you new light accessories with the next order , or repair them and resend them to you, or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
