1.) Ventilation and dehumidification. Ventilationis the best way of dehumidification. Ventilation must be carried out at high temperature or the indoor temperature will drop. If temperature drops too fast when ventilation, the vents must be closed in time to prevent damages on vegetables
2. )Plastic mulching. Plastic mulching can reduce soil moisture evaporation and reduce indoor humidity.
3.)Temperature rise and humidity decrease. When have resistance, the plants can be watered and the vents should be closed to increase the temperature to 30℃ for 1h. After 3-4h ventilation and dehumidification, when temperature is below 25℃, such process can be done again.
4.)The use of insulation curtain material with good hygroscopicity like nonwovens can prevent the formation of dew on the surface of the greenhouse and avoid the dew drop to plants, thus reduce the humidity of the air in greenhouse.
5.) Natural moisture absorption. Rice straw, wheat straw and lime can be spread in the row to adsorb water vapor or mist and dehumidify.
