PVDF solar wafer carrier

I. Brief introduction

It is used in the large scale IC production as the cleaning device of silicon chip. To meet the requirement of solar cells ,we developed the silicon chip carrier and fittings. We can make carriers for silicon chip with four different sizes: 103*103mm, 125*125mm,150*150mm,155*155mm .It support automatic cleaning and manual cleaning with help of protection strip. Because of its high rigidity ,superior strength ,good dimensional stability and excellent quality ,no deformation will occur when working in the acid ,alkali cleaning solution for a long time as long as the temperature is below 150 centidegrees.

II. Characteristics

1. High temperature resistant, can work continuously in high temperature of 150 centidegrees.

2. Superior chemical resistance, excellent ability of cleaning silicon chips with the help of

NaOH, HCl ,HF liquid at temperature below 150 centidegrees.

3. No deformation after long term use. No pollution to silicon chips.
