1.Introduction:
It is a co-sintered ceramic heating plate that is made by printing a resistor on a sheet of
alumina ceramic. then rolled into a rod and sintered into one solid piece as a whole. Being
characterized by rapid Heat Increase, Custom designed temperature distribution available,
high levels of insulation allow direct contact with metal and water; Superior dielectric strength

2.MCH VS. PTC
MCH is the abbreviation of Metal Ceramics Heater.
PTC is the abbreviations of Positive Temperature Coefficient .
MCH refers to print circuit on the surface of ceramic heater which consist of metal tungsten,
molybdenum manganese.Then co-fire via 1600 °C high temperature .
