            Silkscreen glass: It is based on the customer's screen pattern, given good screen by screen printing plate, a glass frit, the glass on decorative printing. Glass frit, also known as glass ink, glass, printed materials, it is by coloring, binders mixing a paste made of printed materials. Coloring matter from inorganic pigments, low melting flux (lead glass powder) composition; link material in the glass screen printing industry, commonly known as IDS suet. Glass after printing, to put the furnace to a temperature of 520 ~ 600 °C firing, printing on the surface of the glass can be bonded to the glass frit to form a colorful decorative patterns. If the screen with other processing methods and use it, you will get better results. 1. How to get a quotation

     We need some time for calculation. As a result, we can't provide any price reference via phone. Information required for quotation differs among the different types of items.

The major as follow: 
a. Which process and product type? 
b. Material and Size. 
c. Logo color. 
d. Order quantity.

2. Want to place order

(1). After confirmed quotation, we will issue proforma invoice for client to sign back. 
(2). Send the glass Technical Specification  via email. 
(3). After production glass approved, please arrange 50% deposit before proceed sample production or mass production. 
(4). if need to make the sample confirmation, we will send the samples or take the sample photo to client for approved about 7 working days. 
(5). Production time will base on the order quantity. We will send notice email with product photo to client before delivery.

3. Do you accept small order

Any order quantity is welcome. But some type of products are high cost that not suitable small order.

4. What is the payment method
We accept paypal, Western Union or T/T. Details will advise after confirmation the order.

Sure you can. Please send your request via email.

6. Do you have product category
As we will update constantly and to be ECO friendly. We haven't printed product category.

7. What is the shipping methods
For small amount, usually send by air shipping. (DHL/UPS/Fedex) Take 4-5 working days.
For large amount, usually delivery by ship. (FOB/CNF/CIF) Take around 25-30 working days(Depend on which country )

8. What glass file format should I provide
The clear file such as .ai, .pdf, .psd or .cdr format file is the best.
