Curved glass is more and more use on furniture,building,decoraction and so on,it is  beautiful and easily to clean.

The method for making curved glass is complex :

At first:must heated the float glass to softening point on metal moudle.

Second:bent the float glass to the shape of the moudle by the weight of itself and outside force.

Third:cooled down.

In order to improve the strength and hardness of the curved glass,We often process it to tempered glass.

Tempered  glass also called toughened glass,It is a kind of pre-stressed glass, to improve the strength of the glass, typically using a chemical treatment or physical hardening hardening treatment method, form a pressure in the glass surface, the glass surface exposed to external stress when the first offset, thereby improving the carrier ability to enhance glass itself wind pressure resistance, cold and heat resistance, impact resistance and so on.

The advantages of tempered glass

1)High intensity:The strength is 3-5 times of ordinary annealed glass in same thickness;

1. How to get a quotation

We need some time for calculation. As a result, we can't provide any price reference via phone. Information required for quotation differs among the different types of items.

d. Order quantity.

(1). After confirmed quotation, we will issue proforma invoice for client to sign back. 
(2). Send the glass Technical Specification  via email. 
(3). After production glass approved, please arrange 50% deposit before proceed sample production or mass production. 
(4). if need to make the sample confirmation, we will send the samples or take the sample photo to client for approved about 7 working days. 
(5). Production time will base on the order quantity. We will send notice email with product photo to client before delivery.

3. Do you accept small order

Any order quantity is welcome. But some type of products are high cost that not suitable small order.

4. What is the payment method

5. Want to get free samples
