A new type of anisotropic bonded NdFeB powder is being used for injection and compression moulding. Particle size distribution and particle shape of the powder is suitable for producing anisotropic bonded NdFeB permanent magnet. The maximum magnetic energy products of injection and compression magnets which were produced in optimal processing parameters conditions are respectively for 15 MGOe and 25 MGOe. Those magnetic properties are double by contrast with isotropic bonded NdFeB magnet which were made by fast quenching NdFeB magnetic powder. The anisotropic bonded NdFeB permanent magnet is able to used in all kinds of small motors, magnetic tile, sensors, etc.
