1.    Is the price negotiable?  

The price is negotiable. It can be changed according to the configuration.

2.    How do you ship the machine?

Generally speaking, we ship the machine by sea, but sometime as customer’s requirements, the machine can be shipped by air, by train or by truck.

When the machine arrive at the port or destination, you can pick up the goods with the Bill of Lading we offered. We also can arrange the cargo agent to send the machine to your door.

3.    I never operate cnc router before, does it difficult to operate?

Please don’t worry about it, we will supply you lots of help for you, including supply you the video of how to operate the cnc router and the detailed Operation Manual. Our engineer is on line 24h to solve your problem.

4.    Can you send your technician to my company to teach me how to use the machine?

Yes, we can arrange our technician to your company for training if you need.
