Working Principle Of Solar Thermal Collector:
Tri-target solar vacuum tube, connecting with water tank or manifold, when it works, cold water flows down into the vacuum tube, and there it is heated with solar energy absorbed by the coating outside of inner vacuum tube, the solar will be absorbed efficiently by the coating with little loss of heat because of the vacuum between the inner and outer glass tubes, and when cold water becomes hot, hot water will rise up to water tank or manifold because of the larger proportion to cold water, cold water again flows into solar vacuum tube for another heating process.
1, Vacuum tube is consists of two layer of glass tubes
2, 0.91 transmittance of outer tube.
3, The outer tube is made of extremely strong transparent quartz sand which can resist impact from hail up to 25mm in diameter.
4, The inner tube is also made of quartz sand, but it is coated with a special selective coating with strong heat absorption and lowest heat loss.
5, The air is evacuated from the space between the two glass tubes to form a vacuum, so it eliminates heat loss.
6, This why the tubes are able to absorb the energy from infrared rays which can pass through clouds.
7, So it also can operate in low temperature and low sunlight medium.

Comparing to Al-N-Al vacuum tube, three target has advantages in cold area as following:
a. Absorbance: 12% higher.
b. Emission Ration: 30-49% lower.
c. In alpine area, copper ions emission ration is lower than that of aluminum ion. So it could work properly even circumstance temp. is lower than -30Deg C.
d. Stainless steel ion has performance of high temp. resistant, anti-stagnation temp. coating will not decay or get aging or disappears.
