What is your advantage compared with other suppliers?

Can you put ceramic in Microwave oven and Dishwasher ?

Ceramic is made by heat-resistant material, the temperature can be accepted almost 1000 degrees. So, no doubt for porcelain ceramic can put in the microwave oven, you can use it safely.
Ceramic is made by an unbreakable material, so you can use it safely in dishwasher. And they can pass drop test.

What’s the difference ceramic quality A ,B,C grade?

A grade: almost the A grade. No black dot / No hole / color uniformity, the dimension of distortion +/- 1mm
B grade: some small black dot, some hole (not more than 3 holes in same area), distortion +/- 1.5mm
C grade: big black dot / big hole / distortion +/- 2mm
