Specification:
1. Water tank inner steel: 1.2~1.4mm SUS304-2B (food grade stainless steel)
2. Water tank outer steel: 0.3-04mm colored steel or 0.3-0.4mm SUS304-2B .
3. Stand: galvanized steel with painting, or aluminium alloy, or stainless steel.
4. Water tank heat insulation layer: 50~60 mm polyurethane foam.
5. Stand angle: 15 degree, 20 degree, 25 degree, 30 degree, 38 degree, 45 degree for flat roof or 0 degree for slope roof.
Working principle of compact heat pipe solar water heater:
The key of this system is solar heat pipe collector, which consist of solar vacuum tube, heat pipe, manifold, frame etc. Heat pipe has some medium inside, When solar vacuum tube absorb heat energy from sun, then transmit it to heat pipe , the liquid medium of the bottom of heat pipe become vapor, then rise up to the top, cooled by cold water then go down to the bottom of heat pipe, This is circulation of solar heat pipe collector. This complete system is connected by pipe (copper pipe). There are two temperature sensors in solar heat pipe collector and water tank, For example, We set the temperature difference is 10 degree, when the water temperature rise, and the temperature difference between solar heat pipe collector and water tank exceed the set value, The controller inside solar working station will start the circulation pump, the cold water will cool the solar heat pipe collector, and heat the water inside water tank by exchanger inside water tank, when the temperature difference is down under the set value, The controller will stop the circulation. It just is circulation process. Via one day working, the water temperature of water tank can arrive in 50~95 degree, Then we can use the hot water inside the water tank!
