Technical features:
1. Add photoelectric sensor and encoder before the tissue production line to pre-estimate the products, which can sort most of the waste out.
2. The waste inspection device consisting of high-precision optical sensor, used for the waste stuff detection, such as connected packs, empty packs, pressed packs, packs not fully packed and so on.
3. Accurate waste discharge system for the accurate waste discharge.
4. The conveyor belt transports the cut finished pieces to the stacking part and the skew in the process of conveying can be corrected.
5. The photoelectric switch counts the stacked products, when it reaches the number set in the man-machine interface, the stacked finished goods will be passed to the next step.
6. The packing device pushes the stacked products into the medium packs which are manually prepared.
7. The teaching function makes it really easy to set the machine parameters.
