Steel, Stainless Steel, or Phenolic Nose Long Reach - Standard Length - Locking Plungers

 

Steel parts are 12L14 zinc plated material, noses are zinc plated 11L41 heat treated. All 90 degree handles are 304 stainless steel. All stainless steel parts are 304 material.

The nylon locking element holds the plunger body securely in place without the need for lock nuts or other devices. We recommend a 90 degree countersink 1/32" larger than the major diameter of the mating thread to prevent damaging the element.

Applications: Long-stroke spring-loaded plunger that locks in retracted position. Convenient L handle for quick retraction and locking. Available in Zinc plated steel or stainless steel.

 

Type A: With locking element.

 

Type B: Without locking element.

 

61XX-ST:Made by Zinc plated.

 

61XX-SS: Made by stainless steel 304
