1.Smart finding function

The inumen APP will display the distance between you and your items by percentage that displayed in APP . You also can tap the speaker button to ring your lost items.

2. Anti-lost alarm function

The Anti-lost feature allows your phone to notify you when your connected device is out of range. An alart will sound (if phone valume is on) and a pop-up will appear on your screen to notify you. You may switch the Anti-lost feature off, but note that your phone will no longer alert you if your item is out of range.

3.Selfie function

This product use BLE 4.0 technology, you can take the picture wirelessly in a certain distance.

4. Phone finder function

Quickly double click the connected device’s camera button to active your phone’s alert sound.

5.Last seen tracking

While the smart finder lose connection with your phone, the APP will record the last seen location on the map.

FAQ

1. System Support?

-Support IOS/Android O/S.

For IOS: Support IOS7.0 and above phones.

For Android: Support Bluetooth 4.0 and Android 4.3 and above.

-In 2013year, Google published android 4.3 O/S that start to support BLE 4.0. So it needs android 4.3 O/S at least.

The device uses BLE4.0 technology, it MUST requires the phone has Bluetooth 4.0.

-As we know, the android system is open-source, and the mobile phone manufacture can customize the system. There are so many mobile phone manufactures, so many android phones. So the APP is not compatible to all android phones.

-If you meets some android phones that is not compatible, we don’t take the responsibility to refund. That is not quality issue.

2.How many languages does the inumen APP support?

-It supports Chinese, English, Polish now. The APP languages can be customized. If the order over 3000pcs, the customized fee is free.

3.Do you provide API or SDK?

-No, we don’t supply API or SDK.

4. Why the device won’t beep when it loses connection with the phone?

-Here comes with three reasons:The Stability, Power consumption, and actual using conditions.

(1) Stability

The anti-lost alarm device will always alert without reasons. Sometimes, the user might be scared by the unexpected alarm voice.

We processed this issue with the technique, it will reduce the probability of unexpected alarm. We take the user’s using experience at the first place.

(2) Power consumption

As the anti-lost alarm device, the buzzer consumes most of the battery power. One CR2032 battery cell’s capability is limited, it can’t support the device for a long working time with frequent alarm. So we give up the design of two way alert initially, longer working time will meets user’s using experience. Nobody wants to change the battery cell continually to use the device.

(3)Actual using experience

The beep sound is not big enough to remind you in public place. The use of anti-theft is not that significant. Our consideration is help user find their misplaced or lost things easily and remind them don’t leave their belongings behind to avoid lose their belongings. That is big help in actual using.

5. What’s the using time of the battery cell?

-The battery’s using time depends on the power consumption of circuit, battery cell and actual using conditions.

Our chip is from Taiwan, AMICCOM. The power consumption is almost the same as TI.

-As the battery cell, we use mainland brand battery cell, the lever is middle. The end user can replace with Sony, Toshiba... battery cell.

-As the actual using condition, the buzzer consumes most of the battery power. The using time depends on the using frequency of the buzzer.

-Yes, the APP language can be customized. If order QTY arrive 3000pcs, the customized fee is free.
