Details of Main Part

KLD- 76 Single Extruder

This is the core part of the whole cheetos making machinery. Its main function is to extrude, rub and turn the mixer of raw material and water into the basic shapes.

Continuous Fryer

This part can fry the kurkure and make the products crispy. The machine can control the temperature, easy to operate and clean.

Hoister

This part can convey the kurkure to another process machine. It can convey the heavier food, compare with the screw conveyor.

Dryer

It is used for drying. The net belt running speed can be controlled to change the food drying time in the dryer. The temperature also can be controlled.

Roller

The roller is full set stainless steel. With the rolling of the drum, the flavor and oil can be mixed with kurkure evenly.
