Details of Fish Feed Extruder

Mixer

It makes the powder raw materials and additives stirred and mix evenly by the high-speed rotation stirring wings in the stirring drum.

Twin Screw Extruder

It's the core part of whole fish feed extruder. It has the following part: feeding system, extrusion system, cutting system, heating system, lubricating system, driving system, control system.

Air Conveyor

it can convey the materials to the feeding machine of extruder directly.

Dryer

The dryer is used to dry the products. The moister in the food which come out of the extruder is about 12-15%. With the dry of the dryer, the moister can get down below 8% and this is easy to be storage for long time.

Hoister

This machine can convey the products to the next part. Compared with air conveyor and screw conveyor, it can convey the heavier products.

Roller

This part is responsable for the flavoring. It can be added in the flavor powder and oil and so on.

Cooling Conveyor

This part is used for cooling the final products.The fans can be three or four or customized.
