GLORYSTAR led lamp laser marking machine equips the excellent service platform which can match completely with the flight marker system. It adopts the imported semiconductor laser, acousto-optic Q head and high-speed scanning vibration mirror, which has the small faculae, high-precision marking, stable faculae performance, high speed, low power consumption and low processing cost and can operate at full capacity for 24 hours, and its marking result is rather easy to be debugged. The software adopts the WINDOWS interface and can be compatible with the documents exported by many kinds of software like CORELDRAW, AUTOCAD, PHOTOSHOP and etc. It supports the documents like PLT, PCX, DXF, BMP etc. and can use directly SHX and TTF character database, and it also supports the marking of the automatic coding, sequence, batch number, date, bar code and two-dimension code. The software has the graphic counter steering function. All these can extend the parts lifetime, reduce the fault rate of a long-term operation and strengthen the product’s performance and make it more stable.
