1. What is the Minimum order quantity for your product?

   Some of items don't have MOQ  limited,some of items are for mixed container only.If you have some interested items from  us,please contact with us for enquiry.

2. What is the delivery time for order?

   Our delivery time: 30-45days after received the deposit. 

3. Can you arrange the shipping to us?

   Of course, we work with the very professional & regular forwarder to ship the goods to all over the world. 
   We consist on providing the best shipping cost & the good service agent for customers. 

4. What’s your payment terms?

   We accept T/T 30% as deposit, 70% balance before shipment.(for LCL);70% balance be paid against B/L copy(for FCL of same products)

5. Do you accept OEM order?

   Yes, OEM order is welcome. Just need you provide design pictures to us, we can make according to your designs.

6. How to place order from you?

   Please send us your detail requirements,including the item number, quantity, colors, contact information, delivery time, etc. 
   Then we will make a proforma invoice for your confirm. After confirmed all the information, you can arrange the deposit and we start to production, last we will arrange the shipping to you once we received the balance.

7. Is there a warranty available on the order?

   one year warranty against any manufacturer defects. However, abuse and mal-function of products are not included.

8. Do you offer international shipping?

   In most case, the buyer is responsible for the shipping. If needed, we can offer shipping too.
