E. Worm gear Material: alloy of tin and copper (10-1), alloy of aluminium and copper (9- 4)or as customer's requirement.

2. Product Brief Introduction & Picture Show
Worms are used when large gear reductions are required. Many worm gears have a special advantage that other gear sets don’t have: the worm can turn the gear, but the gear cannot budge the worm. It's because the angle on the worm is so shallow that when the gear tries to turn it, the friction between the gear and the worm holds the worm in place. This feature is useful for machinery like conveyor systems, where the locking feature can act as a brake for the conveyor when the motor is not turning. Worm gear can custom manufacture or repair your worms for almost every application.
