If any defective or broken within one year, please take all the defective or broken parts back to our warehouse, FREE REPAIRING (parts will be charged).

Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?

A: As you see on these photos, we are a factory launched since 2005, specialized in TV products for more than 10 years.

Q: Where are you located? How can I get there?

A: We are in Huadu District Guangzhou China, half an hour from Baiyun Airport. Warmly welcome you visit us, and we can pick you up at the airport. 

Q: MOQ?

A: Our MOQ is a 20GP FCL, please contact us for more information. 

Q: How about your quality? If any defective, is there any compensation or what can you do for me?

A:  Most of our workers have more than 10 years experiences in our workshop on TV products. Also they have a weekend with two days(Saturday and Sunday) while other factories one day weekend. So they work happily, the quality can be easily controled. You will take less risk in this business.

      We have one year warranty, if any defective, please take multi angle photos of the defective as an evidence, then send the whole machine including defective parts or unforced broken parts back to us, we will repair it FREE. Another way, the defective will be compensated in the order after the defectuve sent back.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Usually, for a 20GP order, it's 30 days from deposit received. In urgent condition, 10 to 15 days.

Q: How about your capacity?

A: We have 5 products lines, daily capacity is 2,000 pcs. Your cargo will be fast dispatched in our wearhouse. You can receive the cargo in time.

Q: What is your payment terms?

A: L/C is acceptable, to reduce your business risk. T/T is workable as well if you want.

Q: Can we mix models in one container?

A: Yes, you can. Mixed order is workable.

Q: Is it possible do the models with our brand and all artwork in our language?

A: Yes, both are ok. The products can be in your brand and all artwork in your language. 

Q: Can you do OEM and ODM orders?

A: Yes, OEM and ODM orders are acceptable.
