All bags must have been inspected 5 times before delivery
1)      Checking the raw material after they arrived our factory
2)      Checking the swatches after cutting by mould
3)      Checking all the details while the production line operated
4)      Checking the goods after they are finished
5)      Checking all the goods after they are packed
Printing: 
1)      Custom logos and patterns can be imprinted on bags; 
2)      Please offer AI file with dimensions on it and let us know "printing position";
3)      UV printing/ screen printing.

Q1: What information should provide to get a quotation?

1,What kind of materials.

2, The size of the bag (length*width*height), including the thickness.

3, Printing colors. Original printing picture or drawings will be best.

4, The order quantity. 

5, Is standard bag or special design. 

Q2: How do I get a sample and how long?

1,   For standard products, we will send you one for free if we have in stock.

2,   For customized sample, we need to charge the cost.

3,   1 day for sample in warehouse, 5-7 days for customized sample.

Q3: The lead time for mass production.

 Usually, it will need 20-25 days for mass production. Also, the time depend on the order quantity.

Q4: Are you a real manufacturer?

Q5: What’s your quality inspection way?

1,   We have automatic machine to inspect every piece of bag. 

2,   We also have more than 10 QC staff to inspect the quality in every production step.

Q6: What’s the quotation and payment terms?

1,   We quote EXW, FOB, CIF,CNF price.

2,   TT30% deposit in advance, balance should be paid before delivery. 

3,   We accept TT, LC, Paypal, Western Union etc.
