5. The production is damage when I get the productions,what should I do? You just only take the damaged parts / product pictures and send to us, you will get the new parts/product for free.
6. I forget the password after I used for the security cabinet, what should I do? Don’t worry about it, because we will keep the initial password 10 years for all of customers,and when you forget it, you just only need calling Tiangong or send an email to us, we will solve all problem assist you!
7. I can’t assembly it after received the product, what should I do? Don’t worry,Each product will be put one piece assembly directions in package, you just only need open the package and read it carefully. You still not understand how to assembly it after read the assembly directions,send email or call to us, we will send video to you or post assembly directions video to you.
