SRBM series Continuous type Solidliquid Mixing Emulsifier can complete all the process steps by one machine: Dustfree and lossfree dust suction tube/hopper for charging materials and finish the process rapidly including powder charging, raw material charging, wetting, dispersing and mixing without caking. It not only wet the powders but also disperse the powders into the liquid under vacuum situation, which prevent air from entering. It prevent materials from aggregation to achieve better reaction result, higher utilization rate, finished products with better quality. The system can become a module, which can save a lot of pipelines and production procedure. And it also reduce the production cost to minimum.
Working Principle
Continuous type Solid-liquid Mixing Emulsifier is with horizontal structure. Using highspeed rotation of the specially designed rotor to generate vacuum and suck the powder evenly to hopper or the working chamber. And the powders distributed in the fastflowing liquid evenly will be fully wetted Instantaneously without any caking materials. Because the powders are wetted evenly at the first beginning, there is no powder not fully wetted nor skinning phenomenon on the liquid flow surface, mixing shaft and container wall. In this way, it significantly reduces dust flying and better the production environment.
