Sample Policy

• Sample costs including freights are paid by customers
• Sample making time: minimum 7 days

Quality Control

• Before each model production, at least 2 samples will be built for in-house safety test or sending to third-party tesing.
• Sample products will be carefully studied by all QC and managers at all stages in the factory before mass-production making sure that all final products would be the same as sample model.
• Each products will be checked before coloring and packing.
• Before delivery, customers could send QC or appointed third-parties to do pre-shipment test. We will try our best to help solving problem if occurs.
• We would send customers Loading report for each container showing how your products loaded in containers.

1. Choose Type of Wood

• Acacia is a type of hardwood that has been very popular today for making long-lasting furniture. Acacia wood is flavoured by its durability, smooth finishing, and varied shades. THINH PHU FURNITURE could provide both FSC and non-FSC Acacia wood. Our top grade acacia wood are sourced both locally and imported.
• Eucalyptus has been popular for making hard-wood furniture for many years. The natural color of eucalyptus has tint of redness creates soft and warm feeling to the furniture. THINH PHU FURNITURE use high grade imported FSC-Eucalyptus wood only.

2. Choose Type of Finishing

• Oil Finishing: using natural wood color stains and protection Oil for finishing. We can match any wood color you want.

• PU Stain: provide a PU finishing on top of wood color stains. In this range, you could find more vintage color other than natural wood color, such as grey-wash, white-wash,...

• PU Color: for all kind of pop-color, such as red, yelloe, blue,... we have to use PU color, which is the most expensive finishing, which provide a smooth, plastic-like finishing.

Our factory is located at B12 Phu Tai’s industrial zone, Qui Nhon city, Binh Dinh province, Vietnam. Our company covers an area of over 17.000 square meters. We offer various services of manufacturing contracts, including OEM and Buyer Label. We could produce over 250 containers annually.
