Sample policy.

Customer can order samples for quality check before official order. All samples costs including freights are paid by customer. However, sample cost will be refunded after the official order.

Producing leadtime and minimum order.

-         45-50 days after we receive original LC or Deposit.

-         Minimum order is 01x20’ft container, maximum 4 item codes together.

Payment term.

-         TT 50% deposit in advance, 50% remaining balance would be paid against copy of BL by fax/email for new customers.

-         TT 30% deposit in advance, 70% remaining balance would be paid against copy of BL by fax/email for returning customers.

To meet demands of all customers, we accept making products from FSC and non-FSC woods, from teak, eucalyptus, acacia,…, which imported from Brazil, Costa Rica, Papua New Guinea, Solomon,…

To ensure high quality, all materials and components are strictly selected and tested from the beginning of production process. Our QA/QC enforce total control on every production procedure. As results, final products before shipping to customers are qualified and error-free.
